Meet the founder
Experience with perspective.
With over 12 years of finance experience in Singapore, Sarani Gamlath has built a career across multinational financial operations, SME leadership, corporate governance and strategic business management, with exposure to both national and international environments.
Her professional foundation began at GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore, a global semiconductor MNC, where she progressed from core finance operations to becoming a versatile finance professional. Her contributions earned her multiple Spotlight and Appreciation Awards, alongside the opportunity to serve on a corporate committee.
In 2020, she joined Heckler Singapore, an international media production SME, where she led the finance function and served on the Board. She oversaw financial performance and governance, while acting as a commercial advisor to the Board. Her professional exposure further extends to regional and international CFO leadership platforms, including participation in the CFO Innovation Summits in Singapore and Hong Kong between 2023 and 2025.
She further strengthened her multidisciplinary expertise through legal studies at the University of London.
Alongside her advisory practice, Sarani is an investor, Managing Director and Partner of AYORA Hospitality Group (Pvt) Ltd. Her involvement brings firsthand experience of investment, entrepreneurship and business management to her advisory approach.
Sarani founded GAMLATH Finance & Business Advisory (Pvt) Ltd to bring finance, governance and business-legal consulting together in one integrated advisory practice.
